Made by you. Seen beyond borders.
An online competition for young and emerging visual artists, with selected works presented in an online gallery and the strongest artists considered for a physical UK exhibition.
Art that begins with your own work
The programme welcomes physical and traditional art, together with photography. Digital photographs and digital manipulation of photographs are eligible. Artwork created digitally from scratch and generative AI-created artwork are not eligible.
The proposed media include painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, collage and sculpture / 3D. The final categories and detailed eligibility rules will be confirmed before applications open.
Up to three artworks
Submit one, two or three artworks. Each work is assessed individually and should include its title, medium, year, dimensions where relevant, a short description or artist statement, and a JPG judging image.
Initial judging will use web-quality images with a sensible file-size limit. Selected artists may be asked for higher-resolution files separately. Please wait for the application form and upload guidance before sending artwork files.
Age categories
The provisional age categories are 5–7 · 8–10 · 11–13 · 14–15 · 16–17 · 18+. The final eligibility rules and age-calculation date will be published before applications open.

UK exhibition · September 2027
Venue to be announced. Exhibition participation will be by selection and invitation. Participants are responsible for travel, accommodation, visas and related attendance costs; exhibition arrangements will be shared when confirmed.
A gallery built around the artwork
Selected works will be presented with artwork details and artist profiles. Only approved material will be published. For young participants, profiles will show an age category, never an exact date of birth.
Dates, fees and rules
The online competition will be paid. Final fees, entry dates, judging criteria, award names and detailed rules will be published before applications open.
Parents, teachers and studios
Parents or guardians will provide the necessary details and permissions for minors. Art teachers, schools and studios may coordinate multiple participants; submitting an application will not automatically publish a child or their artwork.
