ABOUT WHERE STARS ARE BORN
Where Stars Are Born is an international creative platform built to recognise emerging talent and give it somewhere meaningful to grow.
The project brings together experience from vocal education, international competition judging, contemporary art, creative production and cultural projects.
Our first edition begins online and leads towards the UK Grand Finale & Exhibition in September 2027 — venue to be announced. As the project grows, we want Where Stars Are Born to become a long-term platform connecting artists, performers, educators, audiences and creative partners internationally.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND WHERE STARS ARE BORN
Yuliana Green
FOUNDER
Yuliana Green is an international vocal coach, vocal therapist, producer, singer and jury member with nearly three decades of experience in vocal education, performance and talent development.
She began teaching while studying at the Tbilisi Institute of Arts and later worked there as an Assistant Lecturer from 1996 to 2002. She went on to become Director and Vocal Coach at Art School Anshlag and has since taught more than 150 students, many of whom have continued into professional music careers or established their own vocal schools and studios.
Alongside her teaching practice, Yuliana has built an extensive career across music, media and live entertainment. Her experience includes journalism, radio and television production, programme development, artist production and international music festivals.
For more than two decades, Yuliana has also served as a jury member at international vocal competitions, bringing together her experience as an educator, producer and performer.
Having spent much of her career helping young performers develop their voices and confidence, Yuliana founded Where Stars Are Born to create a wider international platform where emerging talent can be seen, heard and taken seriously.
